Hosted Dialer's Evaluated

Hosted Dialer

I'm in the market for a new hosted dialer and wanted to share my experience.  So I did a Google search and came up with several results.  After clicking around the organic links I found the following paid advertisers.  Keep in mind these are just my opinions and you should contact these companies directly for current pricing and specials.

www.ytel.com - Clicked on the link and it was a landing page.  Filled out the information and received a call from Chris seconds later.  They obviously have their landing page connected to their predictive dialer (which is good since they are using their own system in-house).  Their first month pricing is only $49 which is $100 less than what I'm paying now.  Went through the demo and was very impressed.  Their system is based on flash which means no software to install and they offer up to 5 lines per agent.  The price combined with 5 lines seems like a pretty good deal but I'm going to check around a bit before I sign-up.

www.callfire.com - Same program except I clicked on them and hit what looks like their web site.  Callfire has a very informative web site!  I would give them an A+ for web site design.  Their pricing also seems very attractive for part time dialers.  They have pricing starting at $2 per hour.  Since I am on the phone full time I opted to skip call fire for the time being as the costs would be too high but I plan on trying them out soon.

www.five9.com - Another good dialer from what I can tell.  I got quoted a $1,000 setup fee so this took them out of the market for me but we shall see.

Conclusion:  I'm going to try out www.ytel.com and www.callfire.com and report back soon.
